01 Human Rights Policy
Our company has established the following human rights policy to safeguard the fundamental rights of employees and stakeholders, based on internationally recognized human rights frameworks including:
- The Universal Declaration of Human Rights
- The UN Framework and Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
- The United Nations Global Compact
- The International Labor Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work
Zero Tolerance for Discrimination
We foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, prohibiting discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
Freedom of Association
We respect employees' rights to form or join unions and engage in collective bargaining, consistent with ILO Conventions No. 87 and No. 98.
No Child Labor
We prohibit employing anyone under the legal minimum working age, in compliance with ILO Convention No. 138 and local labor laws.
No Forced Labor
We prohibit all forms of forced or coerced labor. Employment must be voluntary, and employees may terminate their contracts according to applicable laws.
Safe and Healthy Workplace

Healthcare Support
Blood Donation Vehicle Support
To strengthen public healthcare resources, Value Valves supported the Rotary Club of Tucheng Central's blood donation vehicle program by donating NT$1 million. This contribution helps improve blood collection and transportation efficiency. Through this participation, we directly invested in public health infrastructure to enhance emergency medical response capabilities and address society's focus on public health safety.
Disaster Relief
Supporting Hualien Earthquake Rescue
Following the Hualien earthquake in 2024, we donated to the New Taipei Search and Rescue Association to support rescue operations and recovery efforts. At Value Valves, we believe companies should help communities during disasters by providing assistance to those in need.


Senior Care
Community Meal Program
At Value Valves, we recognize the needs of our aging society. In 2024, we supported the Tucheng Industrial Park Service Center's senior meal program by providing resources for community dining events. These gatherings not only ensure seniors receive nutritious meals but also promote social interaction among elderly residents.
Promoting Gender Equality
Supporting Women's Rights Organizations
At Value Valves, we are committed to social diversity and gender equality. In 2024, we donated NT$10,000 to the Taipei Awakening Association to support their work in gender education, women's rights advocacy, and assistance for disadvantaged women. This donation reflects our commitment to fostering an inclusive society.


Blood Donation Initiative
We regularly participate in blood donation drives organized by the Tucheng Industrial Park Service Center. Through internal promotion and support, employees contribute to vital medical resources, bringing hope to those in need while extending our care beyond the workplace into the broader community.
